05.04.18 - 11.04.2018 - Tunisia
International Book Fair was opened in the capital of Tunisia. Russia was represented by children's writer Natalie Kurtog and children's dance group "Veselinka" from Naro-Fominsk city. Children performed before the Minister of Culture of Tunisia Mohamed Zin El Abidin, who opened the exhibition.
Natalie not only spoke with the press, publishers and business associates, but also conducted workshop for children and adults. Her faity-tale "Ridha, Luna and Sahara" was read in French.
The Russian stand was decorated with the illustrations of Natalie Kurtog, photos of the nature of the Urals, traditional clothes and also children books published in Russia, calendars and colourful souvenirs.
Naro-fominsk team "Veselinka" surprised guests of Interantional Book Fair with a wondreful performance and also visited the Russian Center of Science and Culture, gave the solo performance after author meeting of Natalie with children.
The meeing was finished "Moscow Nights" together with guests-artists and auditorium! Children got colourful calendars from Russian geografical comminity as a gift.

There was a week of children's and youth books. It the Reading Center "Sobesednik" near Moscow Stupino about 150 children from different schools came to a meeting with the storyteller Natalie Kurtog. For more than an hour children talked with the writer, asked questions about creativity, listened to author's tales, watched cartoon poems. Children learned how to write and illustrate book at home by themselfs.

During New Year holidays the participants of folklore collectives "Cyrillic" from Naro-Fominsk under the direction of Alina Tikhonova showed children and adults a New Year perfomance "Godovik" written by Natalie Kurtog. The performance was watched by the children from the disability children center "Fairy Tale" of Naro-Fominsk, in the Central School of Art "Harmony" in Naro-Fominsk, in the Leisure Center of the village of Ustye, in the House of Culture Veselyovo, in the concert hall of the boarding house "NARA".

"The Pillow tales" book written by N.Kurtog and published in Egypt last year has been discussed in the Cairo children literature center.
Dr. Samia Taufiq presented a report in arabic "Work of Russian writer Natalie Kurtog: the construction tools of the writer in children literature" and Sala Barley presented : "The embodiment of sublime reconciliation in creativity and a good choice without prejudice to the meaning of Arabization."

29.01.17 - Montreal, Canada
Since the end of January presentations and workshops for children have started at Jewish Public Library. Natalie Kurtog read new fairy-tales to children that she had wrote in Motreal.
She showed to children how to make a hare, the main character of the fairy-tale, from a glove. Natalie also presented workshops using thread for knitting, buttons, wire and many other materials. At the end of the meeting a surprise awaited the guests of the library - a real hare!

A contest collection "Moscow-New York" was published by the Moscow organization of the Union of Russian writers. The collection includes stories in English language written by modern writers as well as the fairy-tale "Horse's Dream" by Natalie Kurtog. The fairy-tale was translated by Anastasia Toguleva and Anna Ivanina.

Natalie Kurtog won the Governor of Moscow Region Prize "Our Moscow region 2016" for the "Public diplomacy" project.

In Moscow area "Voskresenie" the author meeting dedicated to Russian Language Day was organized. Children listened to the author's poems, tales.
They also danced with real Pillow and together with the author moulded a horse "Dream" out of salted dough.

In the popular Egyptian magazine "قطراتالمطر", translated into English as raindrobs, fairy-tale "The Sweet Fortune" was published in arabic.
The translation was done by doctor Samia Taufiq, the artist is Amani El Baba.

23.04.16 - Vereya, Moscow region, Russia
The author meeting coincide with World Books Day and literary propety was held in school № 1 of Vereya, Naro-Fominsky district together with the studets of 5-th classes, organized by the librarian Artikova Elena Vasilievna. Children asked a lot of questions about the story of publising and design of books, audiobooks with modern computer technologies. In conclusion they asked Natalie to read the author poems.

On the international day of children book Natalie Kurtog held the series of author meetings in Children Center "Dream".
Children learnt about interesting steps of creating a book: how to concoct the story, the horse's dreams and many-many other about tales and storytlellers. There were a lot of questions. Children with interest listened and saw the presentation and cartoonbooks of author.

Sharjah, UAE
Natalie Kurtog together with a folk-dance ensemble "Kalinka" from Mozhaysk and an artist Anna Ivanina represented the Russian Federation at the 13-th Fair "International Heritage Festival", which was held in Islamic Cultural Center in Sharjah, UAE from the 1-st until 21-st April.
